Living on Campus

I think what makes SMC residence halls unique is that we are three buildings of about 130 beds apiece. Unlike most places, you get a suite. So while you share it with two to four people, you've got a lot of space to move around in.

SMC had the biggest rooms for an unreasonably affordable price. In here, you have a living room, you have a kitchen, you have four bedrooms, it's like having a whole apartment at school.

There are two laundry rooms in every building. We have three parking lots -- one for each building with plenty of parking.

We also provide 24-hour security through not just a front desk, but the Resident Assistants that do rounds in the building. Just to get to your room only you have the key code -- you and the manager of the building. So we're very secure.

And then we have a lot of activities. There's something always going on.

Having all the events and having everybody just all together is definitely a plus. This isn't just a place that you rest your hat. This is a place that you can call home.
